Those who need to pay heed, don't read. That is how it is. People who need to learn to be good human beings, do not read all the quality literature available that can put them on the right track. Even if they ever get a chance to google or pick up a magazine, that will be for either fashion tips, or something totally unrelated to what they need to read in order to live in peace with the world around them. They remain uneducated on the things they should be educated on. As a result, we see disharmony in the world.
