How Lonely Is The Night Without The Howl Of A Wolf

Away from city life,  far and deep into the woods,  some nights you listen you try hard to hear voices;

Our Own Reflection

I believe that we see our own reflection in other people. The way people react toward you, after they meet you, is actually the way they have been reacted towards since the very beginning or for a very long time. They are kinda used to the reaction and it has become their custom. So the next time somebody is mean to you, you should know the world has not been very kind to them. Those who are kind to you, are the lucky ones, who are satisfied with their lives and content with whatever nature has offered them. You can actually be kind to the mean ones, as they need to know what kindness is. :-) Who knows, maybe it will change their lives for good.

More Than A Number - Tatyana Schmid

On the 17th of May 2011, I attended Tatyana's Art Exhibition at the Vermont Arts Exchange. Tatyana is a student of the Bennington College Vermont. "More than a number" was how Tatyana tells the world about the sufferings of the families contaminated with Arsenic and Lead, in the industriales neighbourhood of Arica, Chile; through her camera lens. One Home One Family

I will begin with quoting my long distance mommy Andrea Klouman Coppola. She said, " Sobia, You are allowed to feel sorrow, as we all do, that young lives were taken for no other reason than hate. It is senseless. …But do not feel regret that you are here ‘having ice cream”, because your mission is honorable. You are her e learning about the US culture and bringing your world into ours. You have opened my eyes to a nation, (I regretfully say) that all I ever heard about was through the voices of the media. You have brought humanity into my house and I truly appreciate. You deserve all the “ice cream” that you can eat."

A Visit To The Cotton Mill Studio

Circus Clockwork Show A wonderful performance by the students of the New England Center For Circus Arts (NECCA). Flash photography was not allowed as it could distract the performers, so I had to use night mode. I was standing at the back on a very shaky stool, but glad I could take some snapshots nomatter how technically poor they may be; they still talk. :-)  New England Center For Circus Arts
