James Franco spotted in Peshawar

This guy sells jewelry in Peshawar Saddar. The street is called "Gora Bazar". He had an uncanny resemblance with James Franco. I didn't have my DSLR on me otherwise I would have taken a better photo. If you get a chance to visit Peshawar Saddar, do meet up with him and take some more photos of this gentleman who will certainly impress you, and do share them here.  If you have to buy artificial jewelry, do buy from him since he is a thorough gentleman.

Peshawar - The Worst Fog Ever

Peshawar Saddar

That little boy at the end of this cart is the owner, selling these fine dates. Peshawar Saddar after 9:00 pm on a Sunday night, is crowded no more.

Peshawar - From The Backseat

The Chapa'ti Difference

I'm new to the Chapa'ti making experience. We here in Peshawar - Pakhtoonkhwa, have these huge heavy Rotis (Flatbread) that we eat with "Tarkari" (Meat or Vegetable Curry). While in Punjab they have these very thin kinda rotis that they call Chapa'ti, which I've had some years back when I lived in Rawalpindi, but had totally forgotten about.

Traditional Trailer Art

Came across this trailer near the Afghan border today !

If Anyone Remembers...

Shafi kaka served in the Presentation Convent High School, since I was a little kid. Today when I went to Convent, I saw Shafi kaka, and the same smiling face like always. He still serves there and it was really great to meet him. He remembers me, and probably remembers every old student from school. It was lovely talking to Shafi kaka after ages. I wish him health and a long happy life.
